Terms & Conditions

The following words and terms, when used within this Agreement, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

"Online Casino": the internet gaming system on the Website and related services and gaming activities offered at www.Gamingsoft.com, including online casino, online bingo and any other games where applicable.

"Player Account": a registered personal account opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to play games on the Online Gaming Platform.

"Software": the software licensed to us, including any program, data file or other content, that you download, access or otherwise use from www.Gamingsoft.com.

"You": the registered member of the Online Gaming Platform. "Us / We / Ours": Gamingsoft / www.Gamingsoft.com.

This Agreement covers the arrangements between you and us with relation to your use of the Online Gaming Platform for play-for-real games.

1. You can only use the Online Gaming Platform and/or the Website if you are of the legal age determined by the law of the country where you live.
2. You cannot use the Online Gaming Platform and/or the Website if you are under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
3. We do not intend that anyone should use the Online Gaming Platform where such use is illegal. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use is legal in the country where you live.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to use the Software for playing on the Online Gaming Platform.

You are not permitted to:

• Install or load the Software onto a server or make it available to any other person.
• Sub-license, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer or copy your license, or distribute copies of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
• Bypass our security system or interfere with the Online Gaming Platform or the Website.

You do not own the Software; it is the exclusive property of the licensor and is protected by copyright law. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

1. We only allow access to games through secured networks using encryption of your Username and Password.
2. You may not use the Online Gaming Platform for commercial use or on behalf of another person.
3. You must keep your Username and Password confidential and are responsible for all transactions conducted with your account.
4. You will not allow any third party to use your Player Account, and you will not use anyone else's account or means of payment.
5. We use the best available encryption methods to secure your information. Any attempt to bypass our security may result in immediate termination of your access.
6. We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your access and use of the Online Casino is legal in your country of residence.
2. You shall not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
3. You are fully responsible for all taxes, fees and other costs arising from your winnings.
4. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration details.
5. You are solely responsible for the supply and maintenance of the equipment and internet access needed to use the Online Gaming Platform.
6. You acknowledge that our random number generator determines the outcome of games, and our records are the final authority in any dispute.
7. All confirmed bets remain effective even if the system is down or disconnected. Check "History" after re-logging in.

1. You are acting on your own behalf and are not restricted by limited legal capacity.
2. You are not classified as a compulsive gambler.
3. All details you provide during registration are accurate and kept up to date.
4. You are aware that there is a risk of losing money through the use of the Software.
5. You are not depositing funds originating from criminal or unauthorized activities.
6. You are not colluding, or attempting to collude, with any other player.
7. You are not under the age of 18, or the legal gambling age of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
8. You have not previously held a Player Account that was suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. It is your responsibility to check periodically for a notification of change. Continued use of the Online Gaming Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
