Terms and Conditions

Master Agent / Agent must register their name, email, phone number, and bank or e-wallet information through GS’ customer service.
Master Agent / Agent must provide accurate details of registration to avoid invalidation of their application.
Registration affirms understanding and acceptance of GS Master Agent and Agent Terms and Conditions.
Once registered, a Master Agent / Agent will receive a unique invite link and/or code, which they will use in recruiting and registering their team members.
Master Agent / Agent may use on-going GS promotions to encourage their players and recruit new ones. Promotions published to players by Master Agent / Agent which are not authorized by GS, will be the Master Agent / Agent’s responsibility. GS will not be liable to any indemnity such actions might cause.
Master Agent Roles and Responsibilities
- Master Agents are responsible for recruiting agents and players for their team.
- They are also responsible in encouraging and ensuring that their agents and players remain active members of GS.
- They are accountable for their own team of agents – communicating updates, sharing best practices, paying their commissions, helping them become successful.
- It is the Master Agent’s duty to ensure that their agents and players register using their Master Agent code or registration link. Otherwise, they will not be listed properly under their team and will not be part of their commission computation.
Agent Roles and Responsibilities
- Agents are responsible for recruiting players for their team.
- They are also responsible in encouraging and ensuring that their players remain active members of GS.
- It is the Agent’s duty to ensure that their players register using their Agent code or registration link. Otherwise, they will not be listed properly under their team and will not be part of their commission computation.
Commissions
- Commissions are computed on a weekly basis. Cut-off period is from Monday, 00:00 to Sunday 23:59
- Commission payout is every Wednesday, 13:00.
- Payout will be made through the Master Agent / Agent’s registered online bank account or e-wallet.
- Master Agent
  - A master agent can earn 40% commission per week.
  - A master agent needs to have at least 3 active agents per week to qualify.
  - An agent needs to have at 3 active players during the cut-off to be considered as ‘active’.
  - A player needs to have 1 deposit and 1 turnover during this period to be considered as ‘active’.
  - Computation only accounts for all agents and players registered using the master agent’s link or code.
  - Master Agent commission = Total Net Loss (the difference between the amount wagered minus the amount won) x 40%
- Agent
  - An agent can earn 30% commission per week.
  - An agent needs to have at 3 active players during the cut-off to be considered as ‘active’.
  - A player needs to have 1 deposit and 1 turnover during this period to be considered as ‘active’.
  - Computation only accounts for all players registered using the agent’s link or code.
  - Agent commission = Total Net Loss (the difference between the amount wagered minus the amount won) x 30%
GS reserves the right to disqualify Master Agents / Agents who are found manipulating agent / player registration, deposits, and /or doing any similar actions with the intention of gaming the system.
GS reserves the right to cancel any dormant and/or non-performing Master Agent / Agent account at any time, without any reason or advance notice.

GS reserves the right to change / amend / modify any terms or conditions in this agreement at any time, without any reason or without prior notice.

Note: In addition to meeting the number of active members mentioned in the above table, GS has also developed a set of auditing standards for membership quality to assess the quality of the members you have. We will not issue referral commissions for joint venture partners whose quality of some members is not up to standard and cannot meet the minimum requirements of their own active players.
