Referring to the following table:

• 1. With the number of Total Active Players (actively playing on our platform), affiliates will be entitled to start earning commission.
• 2. IDN Poker & T7 games is not included in this commission plan and will not be taken into account.
• 3. Monthly commission rate (%) is determined based on the number of Total Member Nett Winloss and Total Active Player; whichever requirement to be fulfilled first. Affiliates will remain at the lower tier of the commission rate for the following month until successfully fulfilling both requirements needed to move on to the following tier.
• 4. Negative revenue for any given month will be carried forward to the following month.
• 5. All affiliates are subjected to promotion bonus / rebate cost incurred during member acquisition. The cost will be deducted from the revenue by the end of the month.
• These costs may include the following: Promotion Bonuses, Transaction Fees & Royalty Fees

• EXAMPLE OF COMMISSION CALCULATION:
  COMMISSION =
  (COMPANY REVENUE - PROMOTION BONUSES - TRANSACTION FEES - ROYALTY FEES) x COMMISSION RATE %

• Example:
• Positive Revenue
• Total gross revenue = THB 16,500
  - Member’s bonus THB 500
  - Platform cost THB 1,000
  Commission = (Gross revenue - members bonus - platform cost) x Commission rate %
  (THB 16,500 - THB 500 - THB 1,000) x 40% = THB 6,000 (Commission)

• Negative Revenue
• Total gross revenue = THB - 15,000
  - Member’s bonus THB 500
  - Platform cost THB 1,000
  Commission = (Gross revenue - members bonus - platform cost) x Commission rate %
  (THB -15,000 - THB 500 - THB 1,000) x 40% = THB - 6,600 (Carry forward to next month)

• Sub-Affiliates Commission
• You may expand your career by establishing a Multiple Business in another market. Gamingsoft encourages agents to develop into second-line agents, namely agent recruitment agents.
• Affiliates who have successfully referred friends to join the Gamingsoft Affiliates Program will be eligible to receive an extra 10% commission based on the referral commission.

• Calculation Formula:
• Total Commission = Direct Commission + Sub-affiliate’s Commission*10
  Commission for Affiliate A = THB 8,000 + (B1+B2) *10%
  = THB 8,000 + (THB 5,000 + THB 5,000) *10% = THB 9,000

• COMMISSION PAYMENT METHOD
• Gamingsoft Affiliate is ready to assist you at every step along your journey with us.
• • Commission will be computed once in a month and will released within 5th – 7th of the month.
• • Commission amount will be paid to affiliate wallet; based on currency selected during registration.
• • After commission withdrawal request submitted, commission will be issued to bank account within 3 working days. *Bank account name must be same as registration name
• • Minimum commission withdrawal amount THB 100.
• • Gamingsoft retain the right to change the commission program percentage and method of calculation anytime.
