In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Any attempt to breach the security of the platform will result in immediate account termination. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

As a player, you are responsible for:

• All taxes and fees applicable to your winnings in your country.
• Keeping your registration details accurate and up to date.

Holdem Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the platform after changes have been posted, you automatically agree to be bound by the updated terms.

Holdem Hub reserves the right to:

• Refuse registration applications or wagers at our sole discretion.
• Modify, suspend, or remove any game or service without notice.
• Make final and binding decisions in any dispute.
• Disclose personal information where required by law or regulatory authority.
• Terminate accounts immediately for breach of these terms.
• Transfer or assign this Agreement to any related entity.

This Agreement is effective from the moment you accept the Terms and Conditions and shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated by either party.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Communications from Holdem Hub may be delivered electronically via the website, in-game messages, or SMS. All communications in either electronic or paper format are considered to be in writing and legally binding.

• All promotions are for genuine, active players only. Abuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
• Members must fulfil all applicable wagering and turnover requirements before withdrawing promotional funds.
• Holdem Hub's decision in any dispute is final and binding.
• Sportsbook Mix Parlay betting is subject to specific limits; maximum payouts are stated at the time of placing a bet.
